The good news – the text preview is just a perk – we don’t actually need it to properly process your order.
In fact, we don’t see the preview you see.
All of the final formatting happens post-purchase, so just be sure to write in the text boxes and we’ll take care of the rest!
In our configurator, the maximum number of characters is set to 10.
If you would like a longer name to appear, kindly leave a note in the comments section on the checkout page with the exact spelling.
Please input a ‘next best’ alternative (e.g., nickname) into the book customizer in the event that formatting of the longer name is incompatible.
Sometimes seeing too many choices makes choosing hard. We get that!
We are limited in how many customizations we can offer so a lot of thought goes into the types of choices, how many choices, etc.
If your little one picks up on the differences, feel free to use a line like – “Oh, do you think that’s what mommy would look like with different hair?”
Shipping is free within North America when you purchase two or more books.
A flat fee of $2 is added to single book purchases.
For international shipping outside of North America, a fee of $5 is added to all orders to help subsidize shipping costs.
Once your order is submitted, we do our best to send it to the printer within 24-48hrs.
Shipping then occurs within 24hrs.
Once shipped, we rely on the professionalism of our mailing services – Canada Post and USPS – to get you the order in a timely manner.
Within Canada, Canada Post typically delivers within 2-4 business days.
For the US, delivery times vary, generally ranging between 7-12 business days depending on where you’re located.
Prepping Littles understands that when a parent is ready to start prepping their child, they want to start A.S.A.P.
Our process is thoughtfully tailored to enable this.
We have therefore created a one hour window where changes can be made. Afterwards, making changes is unlikely.
Please email info@preppinglittles.com with your order number, contact information, and details of the changes you would like to request.
Prepping Littles uses Stripe to process payments. Currently accepted methods of payment are all major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
Given that each book is custom made for a specific little someone, we do not offer returns.
But we are here to help – especially if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please reach out to us with your concerns and we will be happy to troubleshoot with you.
If the product is printed with a defect (a mistake on our end during printing) or damaged during shipment, kindly send us a photo within 10 days from delivery and we will be in touch to help find a solution.
